FAQ

Do you do outcall massages?
I only do outcall massages for established clients and people known personally to me. I do on-site chair massage for group functions and businesses and on-site table massage for retreat gatherings. I do not do massage at the homes of persons I do not know.

What kind of training do you have?
I am Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork which means I passed the National Certification Exam, and must receive an additional 12 hours of continuing education per year to keep my certification. In addition to completing with honors the 750 hour therapeutic massage program at Louisville School of Massage, I have received additional training in pregnancy massage, massage for low back pain, and massage for migraine and headache. I am constantly seeking to further my education, and this list will be growing in the near future.

What should I do before my massage?
If this is your first massage at restore, please arrive a few minutes early. This will allow time for you to fill out the quick intake form, and for you to talk with the therapist about your needs and expectations for the massage. It is best not to have a massage after a very large meal, and you may wish to wear comfortable clothing when possible.
